Hello everyone
Today is my coming out celebration, the day that I let everyone know that I am.. in love with the fashion industry, the models, the clothing, the amazing photoshoots and many more aspects not written here.
I can reach back to childhood memories where I would stare at the fashion drawings in the newspaper and imagine myself drawing them, and sometimes I did. What causes a person to be drawn to something, better yet, what causes a person to neglect or ignore that passion which is inside them.
My friends and family would not say that I have an eye-for-fashion, or rather I do not fit the mold of a person that keeps up with fashion, but I know what’s inside of me.
I have admired the chicque dressings of my friends, looked at the GQ magazines, watched the many shows on television and even stood in the magazine sections of 7-11 and bookstores.. I am not just someone that eyes the models, I look deep into the patterns and the colors and the beauty that is there, captured on film.
I am coming out of the closet, to enjoy my love for fashion.. to share my thoughts and creativity with others, to be me.
